Secret Neighbor: Hello Neighbor is a game that was released on October 7, 2019. The game is set in the same universe as the Hello Neighbor game. The player takes on the role of a child who is trying to sneak into their neighbor's house to retrieve a lost toy. The game is played from a first-person perspective and the player must use stealth to avoid being caught by the neighbor.

The player can hide under beds, in closets, and behind objects to avoid being seen. The player can also use noise-makers to distract the neighbor.
