Copyright Infringement Notification
GentlemenTech respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the safe harbor provisions outlined in 17 U.S.C. §512, commonly known as the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content hosted on our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal takedown notice by providing the following information in writing:
- Authorized signature. A physical or electronic signature of a person legally authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner whose rights are allegedly being infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work. A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If your notification covers multiple works on our site, please include a representative list of those works.
- Identification of the infringing material. Precise identification of the content you claim is infringing, including enough detail to allow us to locate it on our website. Providing direct URLs is the most effective way to help us find the material promptly.
- Your contact information. Sufficient details to allow us to reach you, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and any other relevant contact information.
- Good faith statement. A written declaration that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, confirming that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. Please note: under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be held liable for damages. Do not submit false claims.
